Tailored for seasoned professionals, our Level 7 Senior Leader course is for those seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities, this program is designed for individuals aspiring to or currently occupying senior leadership roles.
Delve into advanced concepts of strategic leadership, organisational effectiveness, and change management. Explore the nuances of decision-making at the executive level, honing your skills in navigating complex business landscapes.

Our candidates are trained to the highest standards and are fully supported to develop all the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an Operational or Departmental Manager. The course duration is typically 24 months.
Our course is delivered via live training webinars with specialist tutors.
You will be appointed a designated Learning & Skills Teacher, who will coach you through your qualification and complete regular assessments with you to support you in completing your qualification. You will have weekly contact with your tutor.

Those who work in varied environments including in an office, onsite, or remotely demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the organisation. In their daily work, an employee in this occupation interacts with internal stakeholders such as members of their team, other senior leaders or managers, support services (for example: finance, marketing, HR) and project groups.
ST0480 – Senior Leader
This qualification allows candidates to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and a career as Senior Leader for their organisation with wide-ranging networks typically involving customers or clients, supply chains and statutory/regulatory bodies as mapped out to the institute of apprenticeships standards.
It’s a work-based program combining on-the-job training with classroom learning, equipping you with skills to achieve the core objectives that are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.
This standard gives the learner the skills et to become a strategic thinker and develop their career as a CEO, Executive Director, Chief Financial officer or Divisional head And aligns with the following professional recognition: Chartered Management Institute for Chartered Manager or Chartered Fellow individual member grade The Institute of Leadership for Management for Fellow member grade.
Being a leader who has senior management responsibility.
This qualification is equivalent a master’s degree.

Enjoying the Gym and long walks with her dogs in her down time, she uses her great time management skills to create a great home / work life balance and can teach you how to too.
Graham is a Director of UK Business Mentoring Group. Here he supports boards and business owners on areas such as business growth, strategy, succession planning, governance, leadership, exit planning and as an executive coach and non-executive director. He has 30 years of experience in banking and financial services across a host of disciplines. Graham is also a visiting lecturing in Banking and Finance working with learners across the globe.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Outside of his professional life, Graham enjoys spending time with his cocker spaniel, Archie. He is an avid fan of the film “Love Actually” and has a keen interest in all things beer (but not lager).
