I got interested in dental nursing and chose this career because it is a very direct career that involves challenges and opportunities to help people and I found that exciting. Also, from when I was 10 years old, I’ve always been interested in dentistry and I didn’t know what kind of path I wanted to take but I feel like dental nursing really stood out to me because I enjoy seeing how dental nurses are very hardworking and quick with their jobs. An apprenticeship is the route for me by I do not think that looking at a board and taking notes is very convenient for me and I want to experience the actual role will make me understand it more. In a nutshell, from what I know the role consists of cleaning tools and passing them to the dentists when they are needed and helping chairside to the dentist also and making sure the patient is comfortable and happy before their appointments begin and it’s also keeping the surgery clean and keeping records of each patient.

I possess a strong foundation in Art, showcasing creativity and attention to detail, My experience in retail has polished my communication skills, allowing me to connect with patients effectively. I am inherently empathetic, respectful and a fast learner, making me adaptable, driven by a genuine passion for dentistry.
