This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers – really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need at this level

Lisa Hodges
Lisa is an experienced, highly versatile, self-motivated, organised Strategic Operational and Delivery Leader & Manager whose skills have been gained as a result of working in demanding environments.
With qualifications starting from a Level 4 in teaching, to a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring , with an MBA in Business Management, Lisa aims to stretch and challenge her Senior leaders as well as support and coach them through to success in end point assessment.
Enjoying the Gym and long walks with her dogs in her down time, she uses her great time management skills to create a great home / work life balance and can teach you how to too.
